A Wooden Vase with bronze base from Alabama Sawyer is elegant and refined, ready to be integrated into modern context. Glass inserts hold water to nourish and extend the life of your floral creation. A walnut wooden vase is the perfect touch for your living space, patio, or kitchen.

Everyone loves walnut! This was a way to use more of the walnut that is running through our shop every week—sculpture instead of scrap pile. 

Solid Walnut, uniquely laminated in rings using offcuts from the shop, paired with hand cast bronze creates a strong and modern profile for the wooden vase, while the handmade process and urban wood gives a warm and inviting tactile quality with an eco-friendly ethos.

 

Dimensions: Round 11" H x 3" Diameter

All our products will show varied coloring and grain, due to the natural properties of solid, urban wood. You may notice slight differences from piece to piece or to images on the website or between samples received. The naturally occurring knots and fine cracks that you may see will not cause structural deficiencies as they are an organic aspect of the wood. We view these elements not as flaws, but as reminders of the tree from which each piece is born. They will age with integrity when cared for appropriately.
