Can I Place Items on My Wood Furniture?

One of our most frequently asked questions is about whether or not someone can leave something on one of our products. And the answer is “it depends.” If you’re talking about a drink, then I’d say always always ALWAYS use a coaster. There’s a chance the condensation will leave a permanent and undesirable ring on your product, so be wary. More broadly, leaving anything with moisture on the product probably isn’t a great idea either.

Another thing to think about is heat. I'd advice against placing anything on the product that will heat up (EXAMPLE: A candle, a hot meal, etc...) For hot meals, stray on the side of caution by using a place mat.
